Grief can be deep, difficult, and show up in one’s life in unexpected ways. Sometimes we need a safe space & help to process through these overwhelming or confusing emotions. Licensed therapist & PCJH member Yvette will be leading a grief support group, beginning Mon., April 26, in person at PCJH from 5:30-7pm. This group will continue to meet on the last Monday of each month and is open to anyone who wishes to join. COVID safety procedures will be followed.
