Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity. ~1 Timothy 4:12

Middle School Youth Group
Sundays from 4:00-5:30pm in the Youth Room
Join energetic leaders and other students for lively activities, snacks and a time to really dig into discussion about faith. What does it mean to pray, to read the Bible, or to follow Jesus? Invite a friend, all are welcome.
High School (9th-12th Grade)
This is a place where youth can really explore their faith in Christ, ask the difficult questions in a safe environment, build lifelong friendships, and become the person God has wired them to be. Friends are always welcomed!
High School Confirmation
What’s the Bible all about? What does it mean to be a Christian? What’s the “Trinity”? These are some of the questions we’ll explore in what we call Confirmation. Confirmation is a 10-week “course” discovering the basics of what the church believes. At the end of the 10 weeks, students will receive a special gift and have the opportunity to join the church as an active member. It’s a great way to meet new friends, ask questions and learn about God.
High School Youth Group
Are you a high schooler seeking to know God better and join a Christian community? Reach out to Liz with questions, or to talk!
One of our top priorities is to support and partner with parents in the raising of young people. Our staff and volunteers desire to not only serve the youth, but also help families grow in their faith and trust in Jesus Christ.
PCJH has adopted a Safe Church Policy which is highly regulated to guarantee all students, regardless of age, are in a safe environment. Background checks and annual training in safe church policies are required for all staff and volunteers. The church intentionally keeps updated safety and security measures, especially as they relate to children and youth ministry.
Parents of teenagers encounter many new challenges and opportunities and often find themselves in unfamiliar territory in their role as parents. PCJH continues to offer a variety of occasions throughout the year to better equip, encourage, and support parents. Look for upcoming events in the church calendar.
Stay in the Loop
We often get together for a meal, a fun event, or to serve together - outside of the listed activities. For news about these opportunities, and to stay up to date with the latest, subscribe to the email newsletter. Click here for Middle School and here for High School.
